Alpine also evaluates the equipment, under severe conditions, that the materials of interest are used in.

Whether you’re qualifying elastomer and plastic seals for hydrogen storage or verifying equipment for high-pressure oil wells, Alpine delivers precise data to move forward with confidence. Alpine also has a metals lab for specimen fabrication, quality control testing, and failure analysis.
We combine decades of experience with a state-of-the-art facility to simulate harsh service conditions, corrosive chemical exposure, temperatures up to 400°C, and pressures up to 50,000 psi. Our team works closely with each customer to execute testing, interpret results, and help determine what comes next.
